By Plane

Welcome Desk at the Airport

Especially for SETAC meeting participants, an agent from the tourist office will be waiting for you at the Information Desk in the arrival hall of the airport:

Sunday 7 May: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Monday 8 May: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Avoid traffic jams

Only 20-minutes by train from Brussels airport to SQUARE convention center. Take the train to “Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles Central” – in this station follow the signs “Kunstberg / Mont des Arts – Square P” Unknown – when you come outside just turn around and you will see the venue.

By train

If you arrive at “Brussel-Zuid/ Bruxelles-Gare du Midi” take a national train to “Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles Central” or use the public transportation.

By Public Transport 

It is very easy to travel through the city by public transport. Download the metro map.

The nearest metro station next to the conference centre is “Gare Centrale – Centraal Station”.
Note that in Belgium, everything is translated in both French and Dutch languages such as street names, signboards etc.
